Method was observed by subcutaneous injection with wireless telemetry methyl scopolamine and pyridostigmine in rats in an open environment stress-induced hyperthermia and activities. Plasma was measured by using spectrophotometry cholinesterase activity. The results of peripheral cholinergic receptor antagonist methyl-scopolamine can be blocked by exposure of rats in an open environment hyperthermia reaction compared with the saline group rats significantly decreased body temperature. Rats were given pyridostigmine can cause plasma cholinesterase activity decreased by 52%, which led to exposure in an open environment in response to hyperthermia in rats significantly improved. To animals after the injection of methyl scopolamine, pyridostigmine immediately to almost be offset by methyl-scopolamine on open temperature stress responses. However, these two drugs on rats in an open environment exposed to the activities of no effect. Conclusion The results show that pyridostigmine and methyl scopolamine can affect the exposure in an open environment thermoregulatory responses in rats, suggesting that peripheral cholinergic nerves involved in stress-induced hyperthermia response to adjustment. Keywords: Body temperature; stress-induced hyperthermia; peripheral cholinergic nerve Abstract: Objective It has been reported that peripheral cholinergic nerve may be involved in the fever induced by bacterial endotoxin or endogenous pyrogen. The aim of present experiment was to investigate whether peripheral cholinergic nerve has also sim
