Methods: Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy dual-band dual-pulse laser ureteroscopic lithotripsy for treatment of complex renal calculi in 65 cases. Results: 65 cases of percutaneous renal puncture the successful completion of micro-ostomy surgery, 56 cases have been crushed stones to take to do, six cases of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy row with a net, and 3 cases a small amount of residual stones, stone clearance rate was 95.4%, no serious complications. Conclusions: Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy dual-band dual-pulse laser ureteroscopic lithotripsy for treatment of complex renal calculi with less trauma and a small, safe, high efficiency, quick recovery, less pain advantage is a good treatment of complex renal calculi method. Male and 38 cases, female 27 cases; aged 23 to 71 years, with an average 47.5 years of age. 36 cases the left kidney, right kidney in 29 cases; 36 cases of multiple stones, cast-shaped stone in 29 cases. 12 cases of kidney history of open surgery, 15 patients had extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) history of 4 cases of complicated renal insufficiency, preoperative were characterized by B-ultrasound and KUB IVP, e
