The results showed that: According to the expression of CD34 and CD10 characteristics of B-ALL patients can be divided into I-type (CD34 CD10-); Ⅱ-type (CD34 CD10); Ⅲ type (CD34-CD10); Ⅵ-type (CD34-CD10-) . In patients with type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ LAIP positive rates were 100% and 92%, but the type Ⅲ patients LAIP positive rate was only 79.2%, significantly lower than that in patients with type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ. B-ALL patients LAIP overall detection rate of 90%, adults and children was no significant difference. The use of CD34/CD10/CD19/CD45 a group of antibodies, LAIP detection rate of 77.6%. Conclusion: 90% of adults and children with B-ALL leukemia patients LAIP, and therefore suitable for these patients with multi-parameter flow cytometry for MRD monitoring.
