Methods 20 patients with knee trauma patients, 14 males and 6 females, aged 15-68 years, mean 43.6 years .2 cases involving bilateral knee, 18 cases of unilateral knee injury, involving a total of 22 knees, of which 10 cases involved the left knee and right knee involvement in 12 cases, 10 cases of surgery (including 1 case arthroscopy, 10 patients conservative treatment (1-6 months later), after injury, 20 cases of multi-slice spiral CT, MPR reconstruction images were reviewed retrospectively. There were 26 different degrees of ligament injury, a single ligament injury in 12 cases, complex ligament injury 8 cases, including 18 ligament contusion, ligament rupture 2, tearing a ligament attachment avulsion 5. knee ligament injury in multi-slice spiral CT, MPR images showed I: contusion ligament: ligament thickening of varying degrees , swelling, fuzzy, II: ligament rupture: ligament discontinuity, III: Ligament attachment avulsion. Conclusions of spiral CT examination of knee ligament damage on the type of diagnosis is more accurate, but the diagnosis is not complete ligament rupture it will be difficult, the larger the value of clinical guidance.
