Methods 16-slice spiral CT of 28 patients with DeBakey Ⅲ patients with the diagnosis of type A aortic dissection, parallel aortic endovascular graft exclusion (EVGE) preoperative evaluation and postoperative follow-up. Results and EVGE intraoperative contrast, MSCT right DeBakey Ⅲ aortic dissection diagnosis rate of 100%; according to measurement data of selected graft specifications, models, confirmed by surgery to meet the requirements; postoperative follow-up within the leakage occurred in 4 patients, incidence rate of 14.3%. DeBakey Ⅲ Conclusion MSCT in the diagnosis of aortic dissection, aortic endovascular preoperative evaluation and postoperative follow-up has important clinical value can be used as the preferred imaging tool. Methods 16-slice CT angiography was performed in 28 cases with Debakey Ⅲ aortic dissection. All patients were treated with endovascular graft exclusion (EVGE). MSCT was used in the preoperative evaluation and postoperative follow-up. Results Compared with DSA, the stent grafts according to the parameters obtained by MSCT prior EVGE procedure matched perfectly to the need of inplantation . In the postoperative follow-up, the leakage occurred in 4 cases and the rate of leakage was 14.3%.
