Methods in March 2009 to September 40 cases occurred anticipatory nausea and vomiting in cancer patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, test group use of music combined with chemotherapy, chemotherapy alone control group, conventional antiemetic treatment were observed anxiety, depression, nausea, vomiting, improvement of symptoms. The results of chemotherapy in patients with music therapy to reduce toxicity, reduce patient anxiety and depression levels. Conclusions clinical music therapy for cancer, side effects of chemotherapy, enhancing immune function and improve quality of life of cancer patients, clinical application of a simple, convenient, economical, practical, and has broad prospects for development.
