Methods 50 cases of elderly patients with hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group received routine orthopedic care; observation group on the basis of conventional orthopedic care plus music intervention. in the treatment were observed before and after 3 months of treatment and blood pressure fluctuations in the situation of depression change. depressed Depression Scale Applications (SDS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) of the patients were evaluated. Results There were preoperative and postoperative depression was 44.5%, significantly higher than the normal population; blood pressure were elevated phenomenon.’s intervention supported by the observation group 3 months after therapy, found that patients and blood pressure before treatment was significantly decreased, the SDS and SAS scores than the control group before treatment and significantly improved. Conclusions music intervention can improve hip replacement in patients with depressed and blood pressure fluctuations.
