Methods saturated aqueous solution method will be made of β  paeonol-cyclodextrin, and use orthogonal experimental method prescribed screening process. The results selected the best inclusion paeonol process is: β  paeonol-cyclodextrin with the ratio of 1:12, inclusion temperature is 50 ℃ , inclusion time was 1.0 h. Conclusions made from β  cyclodextrin granules after the night heat clear Paeonol been greatly enhanced stability.
