Methods The cluster sampling and the random sampling conjuctive were used. Three towns were selected in each county which economic conditions was high, Middle and low. Then three villages were selected in each town which economic conditions was high, Middle and low. 20 to 40 households were selected in every village at last. Results Two week prevalence and the prevalence of chronic diseases in lower income family were higer than that the better income family. 2.42% households were the extremly risk households.The economic risk of in city level hospitals is 3.28 times as the town level hospitals. Conclusion The new cooperative medical system is a tentative way to bring down the economic loan of diseases in farmers.
