Methods from July 1996 to April 2008 in our hospital in 11 cases of non-cardiac surgery in the application of cardiopulmonary bypass technique in which the left side of the cardiopulmonary bypass extended radical resection of locally advanced lung cancer, 3 cases of pulmonary embolism embolectomy in 2 cases, 2 cases of tracheal tumor resection, 2 cases of Budd-Chiari syndrome radical surgery, mediastinal tumor resection in 2 patients. Results Of the 11 patients, all patients recovered and were discharged .11 6 to 36 months follow-up, 1 patient died of lung cancer surviving for 10 months after the other 2 patients with lung cancer 13 and 15 months after surgery were alive and 2 cases of pulmonary embolism embolectomy patients to return to work, radical Budd-Chiari syndrome in 2 cases surgery patients have survived for 6 months, 2 patients with mediastinal tumor resection were alive after 13 and 15 months. Conclusions non-cardiac surgery in cardiopulmonary bypass surgery has made a good effect, for clinical treatment of critically ill patients provide an important means of treatment, with clinical applications.
