Methods implant prosthesis 40 patients were randomly divided into A group and B group, n = 20 A group was Primacaine anesthesia (articaine) cultivation under local anesthesia, B group was treated with nitrous oxide (nitrous oxide) inhalation conscious sedation supplemented with local anesthesia cultivation. intraoperative observations and compare the two groups of patients were blood pressure , heart rate, MDAS Anxiety and Ramsay sedation scores were assessed according to level of sedation. Results There were in the process of blood pressure, heart rate changes and the level of sedation, the difference was not significant (Pgt; 0.05). operative anxiety in patients with changes in the two groups The difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.01). Conclusions of nitrous oxide inhalation conscious sedation has better anti-anxiety, sedation, can reduce or relieve anxiety in patients [2].
