[Methods] traction, manipulation reason tendons, western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine Jianfu methods such as treatment of lumbar disc herniation 87 cases of patients followed up for 3 months to 18 months to observe the effect. [Results] 87 patients with excellent in 61 cases, accounting for 70.1%, good in 21 cases, accounting for 24.1%, poor in 5 cases, accounting for 5.7%, the fine rate was 94.2%. [Conclusion] traction, manipulation reason tendons, western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine Jianfu and other non-surgical method to treat lumbar disc herniation satisfactory outcome worthy to be popularized. [Method] Take traction, manipulation restoring and treating injured soft tissues, western medicine and TCM decoction to 87 cases, follow up for 3m ~ 18m after treatment , observe the cure effect. [Result] 61 cases were excellent, occupying 70.1%; 21 good, 24.1%; 5 bad, 5.7%; the excellence rate was 94.2%. [Conclusion] The said non-operation methods have satisfying cure effect on lumbar disc herniation, worthy of clinical promotion.
