Northern China with chronic idiopathic urticaria clinical investigation Of: Wang Lili, glad to China, Hong Yuxiao [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the northern regions of chronic idiopathic urticaria (CIU) of clinical characteristics and influencing factors. Methods: A questionnaire survey of 198 cases of clinical investigation in patients with CIU, where 134 patients were autologous serum skin test (ASST ). Results: 198 patients with CIU patients, female patients were 1.58 times more male .51% of patients aged 35 to 55 years old. of which 21.2% (42 cases) were potentially infectious disease, 28.8% (57 cases) Patients suffering from chronic stomach problems, 11.1% (22 cases) patients with allergic diseases, 7.07% (14 cases) in patients suffering from thyroid disease, 11.6% (23 cases) than patients with thyroid diseases other than autoimmune diseases, 24.2% ( 48) .34.8% patients have family history of urticaria (69 cases) were consciously eating certain foods can induce or aggravate urticaria disease, 55.1% (109 cases) of CIU patients with the disease and environmental consciousness of hot and cold stimuli , 10.61% (21 cases) patients have a long history of .134 patients were drug ASST, CIU patients with positive in 78 cases, accounting for 58.2%. CONCLUSION: northern CIU patients were mostly female patients, 35 to 55 years of its peak incidence . northern CIU patients suffering from infectious diseases, family history of stomach problems as well as more hives, infection factors, stomach, genetic factors and the relationship between CIU to be further confirmed. 58.2% of the CIU and the immune system in northern related.
