 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 9 Nuclear-speed capsule on milk consumption in rat mammary gland hyperplasia in rats treated 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the milk consumption of nuclear-speed capsule on experimental rat mammary gland hyperplasia of the therapeutic effect, to explore its efficacy and mechanism. Methods intramuscular injection of exogenous estradiol benzoate and progesterone way to copy the model of rat mammary hyperplasia observed changes in breast tissue in rats in each group using radioimmunoassay of serum reproductive hormone 3 (E2, P, PRL ), was observed by immunohistochemistry in breast tissue of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) changes. Results Milk consumption of nuclear-speed capsule of the breast treated rats increased and acinar, ductal hyperplasia were significantly lighter than the model group; plasma estradiol, breast tissue ER and PR content was significantly lower than the model group; plasma progesterone concentration was significantly higher. Conclusion milk consumption of nuclear-speed capsule inhibits the growth of mammary hyperplasia in rats, its mechanism and regulation in experimental rats the blood concentrations of sex hormone and its receptor expression. 【Key Words】 breast tissue breast core speed Capsule Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the function mechanism of the traditional medicine - Ruhesuxiao Capsules on experimental mastoplasia rat.MethodsThe progesterone and estrogen were used to set up the rat mastoplasia model.
