Methods 128 patients with depression after stroke were randomly divided into Group A (sertraline + nursing intervention), B (sertraline), Depression Scale and the use of neurologic impairment scale score methods, in the hospital before treatment and after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 1 of each assessment.
