Results: OSAHS group apelin levels were significantly higher than the corresponding weight of the non-OSAHS group, moderate and severe OSAHS group was no difference in the level of apelin; non-OSAHS group and the mild and moderate OSAHS groups, significantly higher levels of obesity apelin in normal weight; severe OSAHS group, obesity, overweight, normal weight showed no difference between the apelin. plasma apelin levels and AHI, BMI correlated with the lowest oxygen saturation, mean oxygen saturation negative. Conclusion: OSAHS can be caused by obesity and increased level of apelin, apelin with OSAHS and its severity.
