The contents of saponin in two-year Bark of Silktree Albizziae is the same as multi-year Bark of Silktree Albizziae (Pgt; 0.05). The contents of saponin in multi-year Bark of Silktree Albizziae is different from multi-year Bark of Silktree Albizziae kaldora (P lt;0.05). Conclusion The content of saponin in Bark of Silktree Albizziae and Bark of Silktree Albizziae kaldora derived from different collection periods is quite different.
