浅论长春市短道速滑后备人才培养现状分析 浅论长春市短道速滑后备人才培养现状 分析 摘要 随着科技、文化、教育迅猛发展的今天，竞技体育已进入了一个飞速发展的时期。短道速滑作是我国在冬奥会的传统优势项目，后备人才的数量和质量的高低不仅决定我国今后在世界冰坛地位，也直接影响这个项目的未来发展。对整个项目来说，后备人才的选拔和培养对项目的发展起着主导作用。长春市作为开展短道速滑运动的强省，是为国家输送高水平后备人才的重要培养基地。目前长春市短道速滑后备人才的储备与培养系统还不够完善。首先，在后备人才的储备量上，因为对于短道速滑运动不了解以及受到“重文化轻体育”的思想束缚，很多家长对于孩子参加短道速滑训练不是很支持。这就造成了长春市短道速滑参训人数较少，后备人才储备量的不足；其次，后备人才学习氛围不好，文化基础薄弱。在未来结束运动员生涯走向社会时，很难在竞争激烈的社会获得一席之地；最后，因为缺少冬季训练场地以及运动员缺少比赛经验，进入冰期需要到外地上冰，导致运动员家庭经济压力增大、体育经费消耗增快，这直接影响到长春市短道速滑运动的发展速度以及运动员成绩的提高。本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法及逻辑分析法等研究方法从长春市短道速滑后备人才培养的可持续发展入手，探讨短道速滑竞技后备人才培养中的问题。旨在为我国进入后奥运时代后短道速滑竞技体育人才的培养提供参考。 关键词：长春市、短道速滑、后备人才、培养现状 I Abstract For competitive sports, backup talents for the selection and training of the project#39;s development plays subject and core role.
