Methods were measured by immunohistochemistry 44 cases of hilar bile duct carcinoma and 8 cases of normal bile duct tissue expression of p27 protein. Results The positive rate of p27 expression in 77.2%, with low expression of the main. p27 expression and tumor differentiation, lymph node metastases and nerve infiltration was significantly correlated (P lt;0.05). p27 protein, high, low and negative expression group, the average survival time of 84 months, 72 months and 65 months. Low expression of p27 protein group and the group survival curves missing high expression group was significantly lower than survival curve. Conclusion hilar cholangiocarcinoma in p27 expression reflects the biological behavior of hilar cholangiocarcinoma and important indicator of prognosis.
