Results: 4 cases of CD (4 / 26, 15.4%) and 10 cases of FL (10/18, 55.6%), 2 RHL (2 / 20, 10%) p63 expression was positive. p63 protein in the FL positive rate is significantly higher than that of CD and RHL (P lt;0.05. and p63 protein in the CD and RHL no difference in the rate of positive expression (Pgt; 0.05.RT-PCR showed that expression of both TAp63, Np63 no expression. Conclusion: p63 may act as an oncogene involved in the occurrence of FL, and in the incidence of CD, p63 gene may not play a major role.
