Methods The phagocytic index (K) and the phagocytic coefficient (α) as an indicator of murine peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis was determined by spectrophotometry of serum hemolysin concentration, using the method of observation of delayed-type hypersensitivity T-cell function . The results of PA-MSHA vaccine injection can improve the Qi-deficiency in mice phagocytic index (K) and the phagocytic coefficient (α), an increase qi deficiency hemolytic antibody levels in mice, and the thymus index and spleen index, increased in mice Delayed hypersensitivity. Conclusions PA-MSHA vaccine injection on the Qi-deficiency in mice have better immune function improvement.
