Methods The NAFLD SD rat model was established by high fat diet, then divided into five groups at random: model control group, Dongbaogantai group, Jiangzhi granulas low-dose group, middle-dose group and high-dose group. The relative indexes were detected respectively after 4 weeks’ treatment. Results Jiangzhi granulas can obviously reduce serum lipid (TC, TG), leptin and increase liver leptin receptor mRNA of NAFLD rat model. Conclusion Jiangzhi granulas can improve leptin resistence and increase liver leptin receptor mRNA of NAFLD rat model.
