Automatic rate nephelometry detected 87 cases of pancytopenia patients and 25 cases of iron deficiency anemia (IDA) in patients with serum IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C4 levels. The results of acute leukemia (AL), aplastic anemia (AA), bone marrow fibrosis (MF), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) patients with varying degrees of immune globulin decreased compared with the control group there was significant difference between . Conclusions Patients with pancytopenia associated with decline in immunoglobulin and complement, and malignant disease was positively correlated.
