Patients with severe sepsis and platelet membrane glycoprotein CD63 CD62p clinical significance of changes in

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 12 Patients with severe sepsis and platelet membrane glycoprotein CD63 CD62p clinical significance of changes in [Abstract] Objective To observe the severe sepsis patients with platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62p, CD63 expression level, with severe sepsis of both severity and prognosis. Methods fluorescent monoclonal antibodies and flow cytometry logo detected 40 cases of severe sepsis patients at different times after the onset of platelet glycoprotein CD62p, CD63 molecule expression, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) measured 24 h after onset of serum procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels, and correlation analysis. Results of severe sepsis patients at different time points after the onset of CD62p, CD63 levels than normal controls were significantly increased (P all lt;0.01); death in patients at different time points CD62p, CD63 levels were higher than the survival group (P all lt;0.05). CD62p, CD63 level of PCT, CRP was positively correlated. Conclusion platelets in patients with severe sepsis in a high activation state, CD62p, CD63 was significantly increased severity of the disease as judged the extent and prognosis. [Keywords:] septic platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62p CD63 C-reactive protein serum procalcitonin [Abstract] Objective To investigate the changes of the platelet glycoprotein CD62p, CD63 in severe sepsis patients, and their relationship with severity and prognosis of patients. Methods CD62p, CD63 expressions were measured by flow cytometry (FCMand platelet monoclonal antibodies at different periods after the onset of severe sepsis in 40 patients, Serum concentrations of procalcitonin (PCT) and C-Reactive Protein (CRP) were determined within 24 hours of the onset of severe sepsis. The relationship between all the determinations and the clinical picture and prognosis of the patients was analyzed. Result The expressions of the platelet glycoprotein CD62p, CD63 levels in severe sepsi
