Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect different clinical stages, pathological grades 55 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma specimens PCNA, Ki 67, p53 and the expression of HCG. Results: PCNA, Ki 67, p53 protein expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that of chronic cervicitis, the expression was significantly (P lt;0.05, in grade squamous cell carcinoma and lymph node metastasis was higher than that in the expression of , grade squamous cell carcinoma and no lymph node metastasis, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05, HCG in squamous cell carcinoma expression was higher than that of chronic cervicitis, in advanced cervical cancer with lymph node metastasis and significantly higher than in early stage cervical cancer and no lymph node metastasis, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05. CONCLUSIONS: PCNA, Ki 67 , p53 protein expression and pathological grade of cervical cancer and lymph node metastasis, HCG expression with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis, PCNA, Ki 67, p53, HCG and cervical cancer prognosis.
