Methods: 80 cases of atrophic rhinitis patients were divided into two groups, 43 routine pedicled buccal muscle flap transfer of the nose at the end of surgery (A group), 37 regular silicone nose at the end of implantation (B group). Results: The total effective rate after surgical treatment A group was higher than B group (P lt;0.05), postoperative complications A group of less than B group (P lt;0.05). Conclusion: Pedicled buccal muscle flap transfer of the nose at the end of treatment of atrophic rhinitis have a better effect.
