[Method] 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group 32 cases in the control group were treated with anal closed, the treatment group closed with the traditional Chinese medicine perianal Fumigation Bath. [Results] The treatment group cured 22 cases, effective in 5 cases, improved in 3 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate was 94%; the control group cured 10 cases, effective in 3 cases, improved in 7 cases, ineffective in 12 cases, total effective rate was 52%, in comparison with a statistically significant difference (P amp;lt;0.05). [Conclusion] anal block combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of anal pruritus Fumigation hip bath is a precise and effective treatment. [Method] Randomly divide 64 cases into 2 groups; the control group 32 cases take peri-anal sealing, the treatment group 32 combined with Chinese drugs fume-cleansing and seated bath, half month as a course, make statistics after 2 courses, take itching disappearing and injured skin recovered normal as evaluation standard. [Result] In treatment group, 22 cases were cured, 5 had marked effect, 3 were better, 2 had no effect, the total effective rate was 94%; for control one, they were respectively 10,3,7,12 and 52%; both groups comparison was of statistical meaning (P amp;lt;0.05). [Conclusion] To treat anal itching with peri-anal sealing combined with Chinese drugs fume-cleansing and seated bath is a correct and effective therapy, worth clinical application and promotion.
