Methods A retrospective analysis of a hospital survey in January 2005 to December 600 cases of perioperative period in patients with antimicrobial drug use. Results 600 cases cases, 532 cases were used antimicrobial drugs, of which 443 cases of preventive medicine, treatment, 89 cases of drug use, anti-bacterial drug utilization rate 88.8%; two together use more than 294 cases, accounting for 55.2%; antibacterial 36 cases of rational drug use, accounting for 6.8%; 496 cases of irrational use of antimicrobial drugs, accounting for 93.2%. Surgery to prevent drug-time statistics for the 0 ~ 27 d, in which medication time ≥ 4 d were 299 cases, accounting for 67.5%. Types of antimicrobial drug use was followed by three generations of cephalosporins, nitroimidazoles, penicillin β  lactamase inhibitors, penicillins, fluoroquinolones and so on. Conclusion Perioperative antibacterial drug choice is unreasonable perioperative medication time and route of administration, use of improper, unreasonable combination therapy, medication lasted too long, and so is more common in perioperative preventive use antimicrobial drugs should be properly controlled. Methods Totally 600 cases perioperative period were retrospective investigated from January to December in 2005. Results Among 600 cases, antibiotics was used in 532 cases (88.8%), including prevention usage 443 cases, remedial usage 89 cases; 294 cases (55.2%) used two or more antibiotics; 36 cases (6.8%) used rationally, 496 cases (93.2%) used irrationally. The time of prevention usage was (0 ~ 27) d, 229 cases (67.5%) used more 4 d. The antibi
