Methods Retrospective analysis of 102 patients with pathologically confirmed peripheral lung adenocarcinoma (30 cases in which well-differentiated, moderately differentiated, 33 cases of poorly differentiated 39 patients with primary CT signs were analyzed. Results 102 patients with peripheral lung adenocarcinoma of the major CT signs are: air bronchogram or bubble sign, well-differentiated adenocarcinoma in 24 patients (80%, moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma in 10 cases (30.3 %, poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, no such sign, spiculation in 73 cases, 52 cases of spinous process sign, lobulation in 79 cases, 65 cases of pleural indentation, vascular convergence sign in 69 cases, 31 cases of calcified lesions, including 67 cases of the above three or more signs. Conclusion comprehensive analysis of peripheral lung adenocarcinoma on CT signs can improve the diagnostic accuracy of this disease.
