Methods GC  MS determination of its chemical composition. The results were identified 62 species and 58 kinds of ingredients. Conclusions Compared with the steam distillation, solid-phase micro-extraction method obtained 11 alkane, nonane and other alkanes were increased; and extracted out of steam distillation can not be distilled out of some of the ingredients, such as verbena-ol, γ  elemene, white calamenene,  α  gurjunene, viridiflorol so.
