Methods: 100 cases of renal collecting patients with biopsy proven IgAN blood samples, genomic DNA, using allele specific polymerase chain reaction (ASPCR) method of PAI-1 4G/5G genotype analysis of PAI-1 genotype and allele frequencies of the IgAN kinds of pathological type, PAI-1 genotype and allele frequencies of glomerular sclerosis in IgAN. Results: Renal pathology showed Hass , and , and level between IgAN patients, PAI-1 Genotype and allele frequencies were no significant differences (Pgt; 0.05); cirrhosis frequency of 4G/4G genotype was significantly higher than non-hardened group (P lt;0.05), but the 4G allele frequency sclerosis group (67% ) and non-hardened group of 4G allele frequency (57%) compared with no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05).
