Method The orthogonal experiments were used to choose the optimal conditions by Supercritical Fluid-Carbon Dioxide Extraction (SFE-CO2), and the factors were pressure, temperature, time of extraction, the distilling rate was regarded as the marker of detection. Result The optimal conditions were pressure 30 MPa, temperature 55 ℃ and time 2 hours. At the best condition, the distilling rate was higher and its average one was 16.50 %. Conclusion The method of extraction by SFE-CO2 is high efficiency and a relatively ideal method to extract the active ingredients of Chinese medicine compound preparation.
