With thrombin to activate platelets to release PMP, and then by high speed centrifugation to isolate PMP, with the flow cytometry test PMP, and PMP with the determination of the content of BCA. PMP was inoculated into the chorioallantoic membrane to observe the PMP on the CAM angiogenesis. The results showed that: When the PMP concentration of 80 μg / ml, the incubation mixture after 72 hours of cellulose membrane can be seen around the dense radial growth of vascular network, blood vessel branching number of 112.5 ± 11.31, vessel area (6.19 ± 1.29)% , while in the control group, non-specific intensive angiogenesis, vascular branch number of 82.6 ± 8.05, vascular area of 1.78 ± 0.33, the second group there was significant difference (P lt;0.05); compared with VEGF, the latter vessel the branch number of 128.4 ± 10.02, vascular area of 7.44 ± 1.36, the two groups was no significant difference. Conclusions: PMP on the CAM angiogenesis are facilitating role.
