PPAR and MMP9 patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy placenta and its clinical significance

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 15 PPAR and MMP9 patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy placenta and its clinical significance [Abstract] Objective To investigate the PPAR and MMP 9 in pregnancy induced hypertension (HDCP) in the development of its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method detected 31 cases of normal pregnancy (control group) and 36 patients with HDCP (experimental group) placenta PPAR, MMP 9 expression and its relationship with HDCP. Results PPAR in the experimental group, placental tissue was significantly higher expression compared with control group were significantly different (P lt;0.05), PPAR positive expression rate exacerbations was significantly increased. MMP 9 in the experimental group placental tissue was low expression in the control group were significantly different (P lt;0.05), MMP 9 positive expression rate of exacerbations was significantly decreased. PPAR and MMP 9 in the Pearman related analysis showed a negative correlation between the two expression levels (r =- 0.529, P lt;0.01). Conclusion PPAR in the placenta of HDCP was highly expressed, MMP 9 in the HDCP patients showed low expression in placenta, suggesting that it may inhibit trophoblast infiltration capacity in the pathogenesis of HDCP. Methods The expressions of PPAR and MMP 9 in placenta of 31 normal pregnant women (control group) and 36 pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (experimental group) were detected by using SP method of immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between PPAR and MMP 9 expressions and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy was explored.
