Prednisolone on LPS-induced MCP-1 of

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 4 Prednisolone on LPS-induced MCP-1 of [Abstract] Objective To investigate the prednisolone on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced activation of microglia cells secreted chemokine MCP-1 effects. Methods MEM culture medium of cultured microglia cells, the culture medium added with different concentrations of LPS (0,100,500,1000 ng * ml-1) and LPS (100 ng * ml-1) and 10 μ mol * L - Prednisolone 1 after 12 h and then cultured using ELISA, secreted extracellular fluid levels of MCP-1. The results can be a high degree of LPS to activate microglia and secretion of MCP-1 can increase, prednisolone significantly inhibited the MCP-1 levels. Conclusion prednisolone suppress the chemokine MCP-1 in secretion. [Keywords:] prednisolone microglia LPS Effects of Prednisolone on MCP-1 Production Induced by LPS Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the effects of prodnisolone on MCP-1 induced by LPS by microglia. MethodsThe microglia was incubated with MEM culture medium and different concentrations of LPS (0,100,500,1000 ng * ml-1) or LPS (100 ng * ml-1) and prodnisolone (10 μ mol * L-1) were incubated in culture medium separately 12h later, and the amount of MCP-1 were measured by ELISA.ResultsMicroglia markedly produced MCP-1 in response to LPS. Prodnisolone significantly reduced the production of MCP-1 in microglia.ConclusionProdnisolone has protective effect on the production of chemokines such as MCP-1. Keywords:: Prodnisolone; Microglia; LPS The central nervous system microglial cells as a macrophage, in the central nervous system diseases play an important role [1,2]. Studies have shown that resting state of microglia lack of macrophage-like features, but brain damage may activate microglia cells, on the one hand by direct contact with the nerve cells play the toxic effects of brain phagocytes; the other On the one hand is the secretion of some inflammatory mediators such as NO, TNF-α and IL-1, chemokines such as MCP-1 and RANTES, leading to secondar
