Methods A retrospective survey methods, in our hospital from January 1996 ~ July 2005 occurred after a variety of abdominal surgical incision carried out when the fat liquefaction treatment were analyzed. In March 2002 ago, we used traditional methods of treatment, a total of 27 cases, as the control group; in March 2002 after we have adopted a continuous suction catheter incision treatment, a total of 27 cases, as a test group. The results of the test group, the average treatment time and the average recovery time after incisions are shorter than the control group, the difference was significant. Conclusions and appropriate measures are conducive to reducing the incidence of postoperative fat liquefaction. Fat liquefaction incision incision used continuous suction catheter in patients with treatment can reduce pain, shorten treatment time. Methods A retrospective study was made on the therapeutic measures of fat liquefaction of 54 patients who was operated in our department from January 1996 to July 2005.Results Patients who were cured with placed pipe into incision have less average time of treatment and incisions recovery than that with traditional therapy.Conclusion Proper disposal is beneficial to reducing the occurring of fat liquefaction.
