Methods: A random check of our hospital in 2005 9 ~ October pediatric outpatient infusion prescriptions 5673 copies of the combination therapy and unreasonable prescriptions for classification and statistical analysis. Results: The combination therapy is relatively common, accounting for 66.34 percent prescription survey; irrational prescriptions a total of 151, accounting for 2.66% prescription survey, mostly for improper combination therapy, repeat medication, improper usage, improper dosage. Conclusion: The doctors and pharmacists should strengthen cooperation, mutual support, in order to promote rational drug use. Methods: 5 673 outpatient transfusion recipes from September to October in 2005 in substrate hospital were randomly selected, in which, the combined use of drugs and irrational recipes were classified and analyzed statistically. Results: Of the total recipes investigated, 66.34% were combination of drugs; 151 (2.66%) recipes involved irrational drug use such as improper combination of drugs, repeated drug use, improper application, and improper dosages. Conclusions: The investigated results should be fed back to clinician for promoting rational drug use.
