[Abstract] Objective To compare the different areas in Guangxi, different processing methods of chlorogenic acid in Lonicera confusa content. Methods using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) determination. Column was ODS-2 HYPERSIL (250 mm * 4.6 mm, 5μ m), a mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.4% phosphoric acid (twelve eighty-eight), detection wavelength of 327 nm. The results of chlorogenic acid in the range of 0.25 ~ 2 μ g good linear relationship (r = 0.999 90), the sample average recovery was 100.6%, RSD = 2.98% (n = 6). Conclusion Nanning 9 Tong, Rochester huaiqun Township, Rochester Township, Long shore and into the water under the mountain Tongxiang Yinhua high content of chlorogenic acid; to dehydration processing, Lonicera confusa the highest content of chlorogenic acid, evaporated, smoked sulfur of the times.

Abstract: ObjectiveTo compare the chlorogenic acid content of Flos Lonicerae with different origins, different processing methods.MethodsExperiments were performed on ODS-2 HYPERSIL column (250 mm * 4.6 mm, 5 μ m). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% H3PO4 (12 : 88), and the detection wavelength was 327nm.ResultsThe standard curve of chlorogenic acid was linear with the regression coefficient of 0.999 90 in the testing range of 0.25 ~ 2μ g.The average recovery was 100.6%, with RSD of 2.98% (n = 6). ConclusionContent of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae from Jiutang, Huaiqun of Luocheng, Longan of Luocheng, Rongshui of Liuzhou was relatively higher.Chlorogenic acid in dehydrated Flos lnicerae was relatively higher, the steamed and the one smoked with sulphur followed.
