The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile methol water ammonium acetate (68:16:16:0.5) under a flow rate of 0.8 mL min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 215 nm.Results and Conclusions There were large differences in contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid among Prunella vulgaris with different provenances and appearances, higher in Prunella vulgaris with short and mauve ears. This method was suitable for the quality control of Prunella vulgaris.
