Methods rat asthma model, using ELISA assay psoralen in different solvent extracts on serum IFN  γ /IL-4/IL  25 content of the impact of screening and effective part of psoralen asthma. Results ① The content of IL  5: ethanol extract extract, ethanol extract water extract, water extract and ethanol extract of methanol-eluting material on serum IL-5 levels significantly inhibited, while the alcohol extract petroleum ether extract, alcohol extraction ethyl acetate extracts of inhibition was not obvious. ② on the impact of IL-4 levels: ethanol extract extract, ethanol extract petroleum ether extract and water extract of serum IL-4 levels have a stronger increase in the role, while the alcohol extract ethyl acetate extract, alcohol extraction of water methanol extracts and alcohol extract eluted material is not obvious. ③ right IIFN  γ content in: ethanol extract extract and ethanol extract petroleum ether extract significantly increased IFN  γ content, while the alcohol extract ethyl acetate extract, ethanol extract of water and alcohol extracts of methanol-eluting material was reduced to mention rats IIFN  γ serum levels, the water extract of IIFN  γ content was not obvious.
