 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 17 Puerarin and compound Danshen injection in treatment of cerebral infarction 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the puerarin injection on cerebral infarction in clinical efficacy and safety. Methods 82 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into experimental group of 40 patients in the control group 42 cases, two groups were given conventional treatment, the Study Group in conjunction with puerarin injection 400 mg in 5% glucose injection 500 ml intravenous infusion in the control group combined with compound Danshen injection by adding 20 ml normal saline 500 ml intravenous drip. Observed 15 d. Detection of blood rheology in patients before and after treatment, biochemical indicators and indicators of changes in efficacy. Results 15 d the end of the study group markedly effective rate was 75.0%, 40.4% of the control group, the two groups was significant difference (χ2 = 10.91, P lt;0.05); two of the determination of hemorheology results were compared with before treatment there was significant decrease (P lt;0.01), but the study group than in whole blood viscosity decreased more significantly than the control group (P lt;0.01); the two groups after treatment of plasma thromboxane B2 were significantly decreased, 6  ketone  prostaglandin FIa was significantly higher (P lt;0.05); control group, endothelin levels decreased compared with before treatment (Pgt; 0.05), endothelin levels in study group was significantly decreased (P lt;0.01). Conclusion Puerarin cerebral microcirculation with the increase in blood flow, improve brain tissue oxygen supply, prevent disease progression in patients with cerebral infarction the role of the clinical treatment of cerebral infarction significantly the efficiency was significantly better than compound Danshen injection, and high security, compliance is good.
