Methods A randomized, double-blind, positive controlled clinical study method, clinical symptoms, signs, prostate massage fluid (EPS) checking selected 80 cases of CP were randomly divided into experimental group (60 cases) and control group (20 cases). Qianlieanshuan application test group and control group with chrysanthemum bolt, 2 groups observed the clinical symptoms, signs, prostate massage fluid (EPS) test results, the U.S. National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom index score (NIH-CPSI) and other therapeutic index, and blood, urine, stool, and electrocardiogram, liver and kidney function, adverse drug reactions and other safety indicators. Results 4 weeks after treatment, total effective rate was 74.14% in the control group, the total effective rate was 40.0%, the treatment group than the control group (P = 0.006). the treatment group and control group clinical score, NIH-CPSI scores, differences were statistically significant (P lt;0.05, P lt;0.01) .2 EPS before and after treatment although the statistical significance compared WBC counts (P lt;0.01), but the decline in value but no statistically significant difference (P = 0.121 ) .2 group tolerance of the drug was no significant difference (P = 0.269), no serious adverse events. Conclusion CP Qianlieanshuan treatment effective, safe, patient compliance is good.
