[Methods] SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, Chinese medicine group, dexamethasone group and to the Chinese Medicines Board Semisongjia observed QiDong Huo Xue Yin on animal models of acute lung injury induced by oleic acid in rat lung tissue of uniform pulp and alveolar lavage fluid levels of ET-1. [Conclusion] QiDong drink blood circulation to reduce the role of ET-1 and dexamethasone are similar, and and dexamethasone significantly additive effect. [Result] ET-1 was the lowest in DXM TCM group; Qidong Huoxue Decoction had similar function in reducing ET-1 with DXM, without statistical difference. [Conclusion] Qidong Huoxue Decoction and DXM have mutual reinforcing function.
