 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 10 Pulmonary function and postoperative cardiac and esophageal young and elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction and coronary angiography in clinical [Abstract] Objective To analyze and compare the young and elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in patients with risk factors, predisposing factors, clinical characteristics and coronary artery disease. Methods systematic review of 260 cases of AMI patients were divided into young and middle age group ( “60 years old) and older group (gt; = 60 years), group 2, group 2 compared the clinical characteristics and angiographic features. Results Group 2 was significantly higher than the incidence in the male female ratio of female patients was significantly higher than in the elderly Youth Group. One of the young group the main risk factors of smoking, dyslipidemia is more common. more acute onset of typical chest pain. coronary artery disease more common in single-vessel disease. major risk factors for elderly patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia is more common. onset of atypical symptoms were more common. coronary angiography suggest three lesions were significantly higher than that of the young group. Conclusions young and elderly patients led to different risk factors for AMI, and the clinical manifestations and crown pathological characteristics of pulse are also different. clinical work should be treated differently.
