Methods MTT cell proliferation was determined by flow cytometry analysis of cell cycle and apoptosis by flow cytometry quercetin factor on apoptosis-related protein Bcl-2, p53 expression. Results of quercetin on HO-8910 cell proliferation, time and dose dependent, flow cytometry analysis of results of the experimental group G1/G0 increased, S phase and G2 / M phase decreased apoptosis rate, flow cytometry showed that quercetin decreased the expression of Bcl-2, and increased p53 protein expression. Conclusion Quercetin can inhibit in vitro ovarian HO-8910 cancer cells, preventing cells from G1/G0 phase to S phase and G2 / M phase and induce apoptosis in transitional, the induction of HO-8910 cell apoptosis may promote apoptosis and increased p53 protein expression and reduction of apoptosis inhibitory protein Bcl-2 expression.
