Methods 10 healthy volunteers were randomly cross intravenous infusion of piperacillin / sulbactam (2000mg/500mg) compound preparation, piperacillin (2000mg), sulbactam (500mg), were determined by RP-HPLC serum and urine drug concentrations of piperacillin and sulbactam.
