[Abstract] Objective To investigate the treatment of radiofrequency thermocoagulation target cervical spinal cord care. Methods 47 patients RF target coagulation for treatment of cervical myelopathy before and after surgery care, and close observation. Results radiofrequency thermocoagulation target treatment of cervical myelopathy 74.1% efficiency, a case of more serious complications, indicates that this treatment is effective may be a non-surgical treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy provides a new approach. Conclusion Radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment target for cervical myelopathy disease to reduce the care of spinal cord compression targeted measures and early detection and prevention of complications, post-functional training can promote disease recovery.
