[Abstract] Objective rooming neonatal nosocomial infection and the countermeasures. Methods 2003 and 2007 the neonatal rooming-hospital infection surveillance data. Results neonatal nosocomial infection rate 1125%, which accounted for 615% of respiratory tract infections ; skin impetigo accounts for 6716 percent; keratitis accounted for 1815 percent; umbilical infection accounted for 714%. pathogen Staphylococcus aureus infection, accounting for 5019 percent; followed by Greece’s colon bacteria, accounting for 3313 percent, aureus , accounting for 714%. Conclusion seriously implement the rules and regulations, good disinfection and isolation and health education, promotion of breastfeeding, neonatal care is to enhance neonatal hospital infection control and effective measures.

[Abstract] Objective To explore the causes and strategies of nosocomial infection of rooming in neonates.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the monitoring material concerning the hospital infection of rooming in newborn babies, who were born in our hospital from 2003 to 2007.Results The infection rate of rooming in newnates was 1.25%, and rate of respiritory infection, impetigo, keratitis and umbilical infection was 6.5%, 67.6%, 18.5% and 7.4%, respectively.The pathogenic bacteria included staphylococcus aureus (50.9%, Escherichia coli (33.3% and staphylococcus epidermidis (7.4%. Conclusion It is an effective method to prevent neonates infection during hospitalization by strictly executing of hospital policies, strict administration of isolation and disinfection, health education, promotion of breast feeding and strengthening neonatal care.
