[Abstract] Objective Rhodiola rosea by high performance liquid chromatography salidroside content of the wine. Methods column was Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5.0 μm), mobile phase methanol - water (eighty-two past six p.m.), the detection wavelength was 278 nm, flow rate was 1.0 ml / min, column temperature was 30 ℃. salidroside sample volume results in the range of 0.072 ~ 1.296 μg and the peak area was a good line integral value sexual relationship (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery was 98.90%, RSD 1.32%. MethodsThe samples were separated on a Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5.0 μm) column with the mobile phase of methanol-water ( 18:82) in the flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 278 nm. column temperature was 30 ℃. ResultsThe linear range of salidroside was 0.072 ~ 1.296 μg (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery of salidroside was 98.90 and the RSD was 1.32% (n = 5). ConclusionThis method is sensitive, simple and accurate, which can be used to evaluate the quality control of Hongjingtian wine.
