Methods: Symmetry C18 column (54μm, 4.6mm × 150mm); fixed sample loop 20μL; mobile phase: methanol: 0.005mol.L diammonium phosphate = 50:50 (V: V); flow rate: 1mL . min; UV detection wavelength: 218nm; column temperature: 25 ℃. Results: lafutidine in the range of 0.506 ~ 0.01265mg.L there are a good linear relationship, the 506.00,50.60,12.65 μg.L recovery of the three concentrations, respectively (99.05 ± 3.31)%, (101.21 ± 3.30)%, (94.87 ± 3.18)%; day RSD were 3.44%, 3.75%, 4.67%, day RSD were 4.68%, 6.98%, 9.42%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, high sensitivity, can be used to lafutidine measured plasma concentrations and pharmacokinetics studies. Methods: HPLC was equipped with Symmetry C 18 column (54μm, 4.6mm × 150mm). The mobile phase was meth -anol-0.005mol.L (NH4) 2 HPO 4 = 50:50 (VV), flow speed was1.0mL.min, column temperature was25 ℃, ultraviolet wavelength was218nm.Results: Within the range of0.506 ~ 0.01265mg. L, lafutidine showed a good linear relation in HPLC.The recoveries of three concentration506.00, 50.60,12.65 μg.L were (99.05 ± 3.31)%, (101.21 ± 3.30)%, (94.87 ± 3.18)%, respectively.The RSD of inter-day variation of lafutidine were3.44%, 3.75%, 4.67% and the intra-day variation were4.68%, 6.98%, 9.42%.
